DIRECTOR OF PATIENT SERVICES
Growing Senior Home Care Agency, seeks an experienced home care RN to be our Director of Patient Services (DPS). The DPS will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NY State, Federal, and NYS Department of Health regulations. Looking for an experienced home care nurse that will oversee clinical operations, supervise nursing team, oversee all home care staff, revise agency policies and procedures as necessary, and oversee HHA and PCA in-service programs.

Qualifications and Experience:
*Minimum 3 years in a RN supervisory role
*Licensed Registered Nurse, currently registered in NY State
*Experience working with the elderly
*Hospice experience is a plus

Required Education:
*Bachelor's

Required Experience:
*Home Care: 3 years

 Applicable license or certification:
*Registered Nurse (RN)
*Health Management & Administration

REGISTERED NURSE
Home Health Care Agency in Westchester County seeks experienced RN who will work with the DPS and Agency staff to ensure we are providing high-quality home care to our patients/clients and their families.

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Participates in the orientation and supervision of home care staff - including hiring, skills assessment, and in-service education.
*Performs patient/client assessments and determines needs can be safely and adequately met by the agency.
*Responsible for ongoing assessment and delivery of patient/client care.

Qualifications & Experience:
*Registered Nurse, licensed in New York State
*3 years nursing experience in a home care setting preferred
*Hours and days are flexible

Required education:
*Bachelor's

Required license or certification:
*Registered Nurse (RN)
