Currently seeking Therapists for the Evidenced Based and Child Welfare Programs. They have home-based therapist positions throughout all five boroughs of New York City using the BSFT (Brief Strategic Family Therapy), MST-CAN (child abuse and neglect), FFT/FFTCW (Functional Family Therapy/Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare), MST-PSYCH model and TFCO (Treatment Foster Care Oregon) models.

• Deliver intensive family-focused therapy in order to reduce behaviors that put children at risk of placement out of the home (i.e., juvenile detention or foster care).
• Provide home- and community-based clinical therapy for both individuals and families that encompass mental health, substance abuse and trauma treatments. Develop and implement clinical treatment plans for the family within the model guidelines and with feedback from weekly group supervision.
• Maintain weekly face-to-face sessions with families and provide additional support via phone.
• Provide direct clinical treatment that is consistent with the evidence based model.
• Participate in all model-specific training that pulls from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-focused, Structural and Strategic Family Therapies.
• Actively participate in building clinical skills, ongoing training and individual clinician development.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy required.
• Experience with family therapy preferred.
• LMSW or LMHC, or LCSW strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

COMPENSATION:
• Starting salary of $45,000 with additives for licensure and bilingual (Spanish/English)
