Busy fine dining Italian restaurant experience in high volume, fast paced restaurant

Must have experience, positive attitude
Able to work with grace under pressure
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Flexible availability
Punctuality a must
Experienced waiters/waitress only
Experienced host/hostess only
Open table a necessary factor for acquiring the job for host/hostess
