Job title: Tour Guide
Reports to: Head Tour Guide
Overall purpose of the job: The main responsibilities are to provide a fun and informative tour of New York, NY, while providing excellent customer service including ticket sales.

Key areas of Responsibility:
• Report on time to the depot as scheduled in required uniform
• Conduct a guided tour of NYC according to the company provided script
• Answer customer questions regarding area attractions and historical points of interest in a consistent and historically accurate manner
• Provide excellent customer service including directions, advisement on attractions and eateries, general information, etc.
• Complete sales of tickets for passengers
•Miscellaneous: To carry out other tasks as may be reasonably requested.

Experience / Qualifications  Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Knowledge of sightseeing landmarks, monuments, memorials, and points of interests within the NYC metropolitan area
• Ability to comfortably speak in front of large groups of people
• Tour Guide License
