Paragon Sports Open House
Paragon Sports, New York's finest sports specialty store, will hold a Hiring Open House Event Tuesday January 3, 2017 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm, on the lower level of the store, 867 Broadway by 18th Street in Union Square, Manhattan.
Currently hiring Sales Associates with experience in: Ice Hockey, Ice Skating, Snowboarding, Ski/Ski Accessories and Equipment, Yoga, Dance, Cycling and Outdoor Clothing, especially those whom participate in WINTER SPORTS.
To apply, please attend the open house event and will begin promptly at 1:30pm. They are not in a position to respond to telephone calls but resumes can be submitted for review send it to: joinourteam@paragonsports.com.
It is a requirement to dress in a professional manner and bring a pen to fill out an application. Best if you bring an updated resume, although not a requirement!

The sales positions require in depth knowledge and current participation in the category that you are selling the gear for. Seeking fit athletes, who are currently participating in the sport, are aware of the latest technology in the category, participate in local competitive events if applicable, etc. It is a real plus if you have previous retail sales experience!
Hiring for regular and seasonal positions and offer a full range of benefits, including a generous associate discount on purchases. Most schedules amount to between 25 and 30 hours a week for sales. There is a requirement to have fairly open availability, and weekends are required for these positions.
