American Cut Steakhouse, a collaboration between LDV Hospitality and Iron Chef Marc Forgione, seeks an elegant and sophisticated Lead Maitre d' to run all aspects of reservations. This person would run the book, manage seating strategy, and set the tone for our guests when they enter our restaurant. At least 3 years in upscale, high-end hospitality is a must, as is familiarity with Open Table. Fine Dining experience REQUIRED!!!
